Instructions

You are responsible for accuracy of information and filling-in the form in the desired manner. You should ensure that you fulfill the admission criteria as prescribed by the University as on the last date for submission of Application Form for Admission to Ph.D Programme.
 Forms submitted by ineligible candidates shall be summarily rejected and no refund shall be made to such applicants.
 You can download the admit card from https://entrance.uou.ac.in/.
Applicants have to fill-in the form on or before the due date.
 Do not upload any other certificate/document except those required with the Form. Additional documents are required to be submitted with the Admission Form, upon qualifying the Combined Research Entrance Test and at the time of counseling.
 A fee of Rs.2500/- for Combined Research Entrance Test shall be payable by online payment mode using debit card/credit card/Internet banking.
 The candidates are advised to retain a copy of duly filled-in form (in downloaded mode) for Entrance Test.

(i) “I hereby declare that the particulars stated in this application form are true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I have read the Information Brochure and the eligibility requirements as laid down by the University and I shall abide by them. In the event of suppression or distortion of any fact in my application, my candidature will stand cancelled at any point of time. In case my admission/candidature is cancelled by the University due to any reason, I shall have no claim for refund of fee paid by me.
(ii) I hereby declare that I have attached all the required self-attested documents with this form.
(iii) Further I declare that I shall submit myself to the disciplinary jurisdiction of the University, the Vice Chancellor and other authorities of the University who may be vested with the power to exercise discipline under the Act, the Statutes, the Ordinances framed by the University. In this regard these authorities have the right to take necessary disciplinary action.
